Global Village: World Environment Day Special

Since 1972, the United Nations has declared June 5th to be World Environment Day to support environmental efforts around the globe. Tune in to WWCF 88.7 FM on Wednesday, June 5th, at 9 PM as Global Village marks the occasion with a wide array of songs about the environment from such artists as Jimmy Cliff, 9Bach, Adrian Belew, Randy Newman, the Maria Schneider Orchestra, Bruce Cockburn and more.

Streaming Interruptions

To our online listeners over the internet, we have been experiencing repeated outages from our internet service provider. These issues, which are unknown to us and out of our control, are unfortunately impacting our ability to make the station’s broadcast available for streaming. We have found that while our online stream may be available much of the day, outages are irregular and inconsistent. We ask for your patience while we struggle through whatever problems our internet provider is dealing with.

Now there’s even more ways for you to financially support WWCF Radio. In addition to Paypal, donors now have the option of making tax-deductible contributions directly via a credit card or ACH bank transfer. There is also a new option for recurring monthly donations, for supporters that wish to contribute on a long-term basis hassle-free. During the intuitive and secure donation process, we have a couple of questions regarding listening preferences, but the only information required is your name and email.
